Booking Conditions
Please read these carefully. The person making this booking (whether for themselves or on behalf of another
passenger) accepts all the following terms and conditions of flightntour.
1. Deposits & Ticket Policy
1.1 Non-Refundable & Non-Changeable
Unless otherwise specified, all deposits paid and tickets purchased/issued are non-refundable.
In case of cancellation or no-show (failure to arrive at the departure airport on time), tickets are
non-changeable before or after departure.
Date changes are not permitted.
Bookings/tickets are non-transferable to another person; name changes are not permitted.
Issued tickets are non-reroutable.
1.2 Additional Services
Any extra services purchased — such as upgrades, extra baggage, airport lounge access, Wi-Fi, seat
selection,
transport, or other similar services — are always non-refundable in case of cancellation.
1.3 Advance Partial Payments (Deposits)
If reserving a flight with an initial deposit, please note that fares and taxes may increase at any time
without
prior notice.
Prices are not guaranteed until the ticket is issued. Airlines/consolidators have the right to increase
fares/taxes for any reason.
flightntour will not be liable for fare/tax increases; passengers must pay the difference to issue the
ticket.
We recommend paying in full as soon as possible to avoid fare increases.
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, deposits remain non-refundable.
2. Checking Flight Details & Passenger Names
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct, including:
Passenger names (exactly as on passport/travel documents)
Travel dates
Transit times
Origin & destination
Stopovers
Baggage allowance
Other flight information
Once a ticket is issued, no changes can be made unless specifically stated.
3. Passport, Visa & Immigration Requirements
Passengers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all passport, visa (including transit visa), and
immigration requirements.
You should check with the relevant embassy or consulate well before departure for up-to-date information, as
requirements may change at any time.
Reliance Travels Ltd accepts no liability if you are refused boarding, denied entry, or delayed due to
missing/incorrect documents.

4. Reconfirming Return/Onward Flights
Travellers must reconfirm return and onward flights at least 72 hours before departure, either with Reliance
Travels Ltd or the relevant airline directly.
We will not be liable for any additional costs due to failure to reconfirm flights.
5. Insurance & Baggage Loss
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover:
Medical expenses
Trip cancellations or interruptions
Lost, stolen, or damaged baggage
Passengers are also responsible for complying with health and vaccination requirements for their
destinations.
flightntour does not accept claims for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage — this must be addressed
directly with the relevant airline.
6. Special Requests & Medical Conditions
Special requests (e.g. meal preferences, seat allocation, wheelchair assistance) should be made at the time
of ticket issuance.
While we will forward requests to the airline, we cannot guarantee fulfilment.
Failure to meet a special request does not entitle you to compensation.
7. COVID-19 Requirements & Impacts
COVID-19 entry/exit requirements vary by country and may change at short notice. Passengers are responsible for
checking and complying with the rules for both origin and destination.
Requirements may include:
Proof of negative PCR test
Temperature checks
Completion of forms
Vaccination proof
If your flight is affected due to COVID-19, airline policies will apply:
Airlines may offer date changes or credit vouchers instead of refunds.
If a full refund is permitted, an admin fee (per person) will be charged, and processing can take up to 3
months.
If your flight operates but you choose not to travel, refunds (if applicable) will follow the airline’s fare
rules and cancellation fees.
8. Force Majeure & Liability Disclaimer
Flightntour accepts no responsibility for losses if an airline fails to operate due to unforeseen
circumstances, including but not limited to:
Weather
War or political unrest
Natural disasters
Pandemics or epidemics
Riots or strikes
Passengers are solely responsible for arranging alternative plans in such cases. Separate travel and health
insurance is highly recommended.
9. General Booking Terms
By making a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all passengers
in your booking.
These conditions apply to all bookings, including:
Holidays and packages
Flight-only bookings
Hotel-only bookings
Car hire
Travel insurance
Some bookings may also be subject to additional supplier terms (e.g. airline, hotel, tour operator) which will
be advised as applicable.
